1How do I book a room at the university rest house?+
Create an account on the portal, select your preferred rest house and room, choose your check-in and check-out dates, and submit a booking request. The administration will review and approve your request based on availability.
2What are the standard check-in and check-out timings?+
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged with prior approval from the administration.
3What are the rates for different categories of guests?+
Rates vary based on your category: Government officers, Private visitors, Alumni, and University employees each have different rate tiers. Government officers and employees receive discounted rates. Visit the Rates page to see the full comparison.
4Is parking available at the rest houses?+
Yes, free parking is available at all university rest houses. Please park in the designated areas only.
5Can I cancel or modify my booking?+
Yes, you can cancel a pending booking from your dashboard. For approved or confirmed bookings, please contact the administration office directly. Cancellation should be done at least 24 hours before check-in.
6Are meals included in the room charges?+
Breakfast is available on payment basis. Dining inside rooms is not allowed; please use the designated dining area. No cooking is permitted inside the rooms.
7How do I reach the rest house? Is GPS navigation available?+
Each rest house page includes a Google Maps location with GPS coordinates. Click the "Open in Google Maps" button on any rest house detail page to get turn-by-turn directions to the location.
