Rules & Policies
- 1Limited Rooms for Alumni and Guests: Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Alumni and external guests are advised to book well in advance, especially during convocation season and major university events.
- 2Drugs, Narcotics, and Smoking Strictly Banned: The use, possession, or distribution of drugs, narcotics, and all forms of smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited on the rest house premises. Violations will result in immediate eviction and may lead to legal action.
- 3Visitor Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM: Outside visitors are allowed in the rest house common areas only between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. All visitors must present valid identification at the reception desk.
- 4Check-in by 10 PM, Check-out by 12 Noon: Guests must check in no later than 10:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and will incur additional charges. Early check-in requests should be made at the time of booking.
- 5No Cooking in Rooms: Cooking, use of electric stoves, hot plates, or any heating appliances for food preparation is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. A designated pantry area is available for heating water and light refreshments.
